ENSURE DELIVERY OF HR TASKS AND WORK IN DYNAMIC OFFICE ENVIRONMENT

HR SPECIALIST MALTA

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to join our team full-time in Malta Office. The job will require performing a wide scope of HR Tasks including planning, developing and advising motivational programs and retention tools.  

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.

  • Communicate with candidates to provide information about the company and assist in the onboarding process.

  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Assist in the preparation of new hire paperwork and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Support the documentation of employee changes, promotions, and terminations.

  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and support benefits enrolment processes.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate administration of employee benefit programs.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance in addressing basic HR-related concerns.

  • Contribute to fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in organizing professional development initiatives.

  • Assist in the generation of HR reports, including employee data, turnover rates, and other relevant metrics.

  • Contribute to the analysis of HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Support the team with event organization and internal marketing schemes.  

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in developing and taking charge in onboarding/adaptation/career development programs. 

  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). 

  • Fluency in Ukrainian and good command of English is a must. 

  • Strong proactiveness, never being afraid of proposing new ideas and solutions.  

  • Open-mindedness, bringing in innovative ideas.

 

Preferences

  • Experience in Game Development would be a plus.

  • Passion for games. 

  • Knowledge of Canva, Trello. 

  • University degree (Human Resources, Business Administration preferred) will be a plus.

  • +3 years of experience in HR Profession.
