Manage Works in the Art Department

ART PRODUCER (ON-SITE IN MALTA OR KYIV)

 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an Art Producer to join our team and support the Art department across planning, coordination, and delivery. The role focuses on keeping art production organised, aligned, and moving smoothly, while supporting the team in delivering high-quality assets on time. 

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day work of the Art team in close cooperation with Art Leads 

  • Plan, assign, and track art tasks, making sure priorities, deadlines, and dependencies are clear 

  • Help plan and maintain the project’s art roadmap, milestones, and delivery batches 

  • Track team progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, or bottlenecks 

  • Support the review, integration, and delivery of internal and outsource art assets 

  • Facilitate communication between Art, Production, Tech, and other disciplines 

  • Assist Art Leads with documentation, guidelines, and internal processes 

  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal reviews and milestones 

  • Contribute to improving workflows and production processes across the Art team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with game art production pipelines and workflows 

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with good attention to detail 

  • Understanding of different art disciplines (environment, characters, props, etc.) 

  • Ability to communicate clearly with artists, leads, and producers 

  • Comfortable working with schedules, task tracking, and documentation 

  • Good working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and office software 

  • Solid level of English, both written and spoken 

 

Preferences

  • Previous experience as an Art Producer, Producer, or Art Manager 

  • Experience coordinating outsource teams or external partners 

  • Basic understanding of technical art or asset integration pipelines 

  • Experience supporting milestone planning and delivery 

  • Background in art or hands-on experience within an art team
