Expand and Improve on Our Gameplay Mechanics




We are seeking an experienced Designer to expand and improve on our gameplay mechanics such as weapons, vehicles, player locomotion, etc.

  • Work with the 4A Engine to create gameplay, scenes, etc.

  • Create and integrate gameplay mechanics.

  • Prototype and iterate on gameplay system improvements.

  • Implement mechanics/features directly in-engine using existing visual scripting tools.

  • Cooperate with other departments on implementation where necessary.

  • Assist Leads in mentoring and monitoring small groups of team members as necessary.


  • Good command of one or more existing game engines – UE4, Unity, CryEngine, etc.

  • Experience of work for other game companies in the game/level design position (at least 7 years).

  • Ability to quickly and sufficiently document and communicate an idea in writing or speech.

  • The ability to carry an idea from the conceptual phase to the finished illustration and an understanding of translating these ideas to real-time game content.

  • Technical understanding of the way the existing gameplay mechanics work and interact with each other.

  • Fluent Russian, Good English.

  • Collaborative team player.

  • Ability to learn and master new instruments.

  • At least 15 years of gaming experience.



  • Creating design and technical documentation on gameplay mechanics.

  • Integrating new gameplay mechanics into existing schemes while retaining full functionality.

  • Usage of in-house technology (4A Games Engine) for game creation.

  • Self-criticism and ability to accept criticism from other people. Open mindedness towards colleagues’ ideas. The more feedback you are ready to take, the better for the game.

  • Participation in toolkit improvement process while working on the game.
