  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Manage all external vendors: 
    • Landlord / building vendors
    • Cleaning service
    • A/V, Utilities, Construction, etc
  • Ordering supplies
  • Managing any shipping/mailing needs
  • Work closely with HR to coordinate regular wellness and team building activities
  • Help organize and oversee company events and parties
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
  • Reviewing and updating health and safety polices and ensuring they are observed
  • Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
  • Be available off hours and weekends to handle unforeseen issues



  • 3 years experienced managing a medium sized office (50-80 people)
  • Fun, outgoing and energetic personality
  • Self-Starter
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
  • Comfortable working with many different nationalities and speaking with people that don’t have perfect English
  • Solid understanding of all Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel, and Word. 
  • Advanced knowledge of working with Microsoft Outlook


  • Business administration / business management experience
  • Tennent Improvement experience (working with contractors during a build out)
  • Human Resource Management
