Work closely with Designers, Concept Artists and Art Directors to create man-made and natural objects, parts of levels and playable scenery.


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, modeling, and texturing environments.

  • Superior eye for light, shade, color, and detail in creating texture maps.

  • An exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette.

  • Extensive knowledge of Maya/Max/Modo, Photoshop, ZBrush, XNormal.

  • Able to work creatively as part of a large or small group.

  • Have shipped at least one AAA PC or console title in a similar position.


  • Knowledge of tools like Marvelous Designer, World Machine, Houdini, Speedtree, etc.

  • Knowledge of work automation tools (scripting, using special software).

  • Experience with Unity or Unreal.

  • Knowledge of architecture styles and manufacture principles.

  • Mathematical background.

  • Study on organics like landscape and vegetation.

  • Equivalent on the job experience.

  • A passion for games.
